Fret-ful:  feeling or expressing distress or irritation.

Touchy: oversensitive and irritable.

Resentful: feeling or expressing bitterness or indignation at having been treated unfairly.

Renew the mind to:

Perfect will of God which is God’s perfect love.

Keep the spirit, soul and body (mind) cleansed from deceitful spirits of  fret-ful, touchy and resentful
by placing it ““For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” ”
by “But be doers of the Word ”.  Forgive and forget the sin. 
Then renew to God’s perfect love within our hearts,  minds and spirits.

Incline your ear into wisdom.  apply your heart to understanding, for wisdom is the principal thing…

Oh Lord help me/us to reverence (fear) you, honour you, praise you, respect you, believe you, trust you in all your wisdom.

Thank You Heavenly Father for your goodness and righteousness,   Help us to continue in your ways of goodness and righteousness all the days of our life.

Commentary

Roman 12:3 NJKV

Think of himself:  A renewed mind begins with thinking soberly about oneself.  The first step in changing behavior is self-observation (see 1 Cor 11:28-32).  to each one:  God has given everyone one or more gifts that can be used in His service.  dealt ... a measure of faith.  The measure refers to God's sovereignly given gifts mentioned in vv. 6-8.  These gifts are not the results of intense prayer or spirituality.  Instead, God simply gives everyone certain gifts so each person can strengthen the church (see 1 Cor 12:11, 18, 28).

Healthy self-esteem is important because some of us think too little of ourselves; on the other hand, some of us overestimate ourselves.  The key to an honest and accurate self-evaluation is knowing the basis of our self-worth - our identity in Christ.  Apart from him we aren't capable of very much by eternal standards; in him, we are valuable and capable of worthy service.  Evaluating yourself by the worldly standards of success and achievement can cause you to think too much about your worth in the eyes of others and thus miss your true value in God's eyes.
